Improved Wayne St Connection
Madison Street runs through Ashton Park as a non-motorized path which serves as a safe connection through the neighborhood for both residents and students at Willow Hill Elementary School.
While the south side of the path that connects to Wayne St has a connection into the street, the north side that connects to Hill St does not. While the ground indicates users are already taking this path, the lack of dedicated infrastructure for it limits access for users who cannot go over the curb and cut through the grass.
Completing the connection to Hill St would ensure all users can access this path in a convenient way.
