Delamar Shared Trail
The existing TART trail reaches a pinch point as it passes by the Delamar hotel, forcing trail users to use a 5 foot wide sidewalk right along E Front St. This creates an uncomfortable section for trail users.
The trail could instead be rerouted to utilize a section of the Delamar service drive as a “shared road”, giving trail users a dedicated space physically separated from E Front St that can be used by both trail users and vehicles using the service drive.
